LiJian Precision Mould Manufacture Co., Ltd
was established in 1996 which have the self-owned factory
building and workshop with floor area more than 7000 square
meters. It is strategically located in Dalang Town and takes
only one and half hour's drive to the airports in Guangdong.
We are a private owned enterprise with good business reputation.
We specialize in injection molds and die cast molds with annual
capacity at about 600 molds. Moulds are exported to all the
customers in the worldwide market including Japan, USA, France,
UK and Germany. Main molds cover Engineering plastic with
fabric, repeated injected hard/soft integrated molds, Household
appliances, Electric garden tools, Medical equipments, Computer
peripherals, Telescopes, Digital Cameras, Automobile accessories,
Zinc & Aluminum die cast molds, etc.

Our factory is equipped with advanced equipments and machinery,
such as CNC machine centers(850~1800mm), CMM-Coordinate Measuring
Machine, EDM machines(320~1300mm), numerical controlled lathe,
milling machines, large-size drilling machines, water grinding
machines of different sizes, we also have imported deep hole drills,
three superior thimble holes & cooling water machines, and
CAD/CAM/CAE systems for designing. We also have the injection
machines for trial and production with the size of 70 tons up
to 2500 tons.
We use the most advance software for the mold design to simulate
and analyse the mold structure so that we can identify any problem
when the mold is still in the designing stages. In such way, we
can make the high quality molds in great efficiency.
