| Production Department |
Our plant equip with advanced equipments and covers about 7000
square meters. There are about 180 work craftmen in the production
department. Through many years of repormation, innovation, practice
& struggle by numerous technicians, we have developed into a
high-tech integrity mold manufacturing base with strong strenghts
here.
Cutomers's satisfacton is our target, all the molds will be fully
checked by our quality department before they are shipped out to
the customers.
We have many professional mold makers as well as good equipments.
For example: Taiwan CNC machine centers, EDM machines, CMM machine
from Switzerland,Grinding machines,etc. The workshop is bright ,clean,
tidy and spacious.
All the molds will be made as per the approval drawings by division
groups. Also, our project engineers and mold QC staff will follow
the job for each mold. |
